HOW TO PRINT MY INSERTS

My inserts were made ONLY for pocket size planners for example the Louis Vuitton PM agenda (the one I use), so they don't work with any other agenda sizes. I mean you could actually scale them and print them A4 size and try to play around with the size.

My files come with pre-made cut marks so you know exactly where to cut to fit them into your pocket size planner (it works best and fastest if you cut them with a paper cutting machine).

Printing instructions:

Every printer has different settings, so you may have to play around a little bit to make sure it works for you.

Make sure to save the file to your desktop and open in Adobe Reader. To download the free reader, use this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
If you do not open your file with this program and print from your downloaded link or a preview, your insert will not print correctly!

Make sure to always choose actual size or scale to 100% in the Page Sizing & Handling section (red square below!)

Choose auto portrait/landscape for your page orientation. For duplex printers, if you choose portrait, you will want to flip along the long edge and if you choose landscape, you will want to flip along the short edge. Some printers have a problem with this section and it may require choosing a few settings that will work.

Your preview of the insert before printing should show it in the center of the page (now you can see the cut marks). If it is showing it in the top left corner or fills the whole page, it is usually because you have chosen a setting that is causing it to do that.

When cutting:

Your files are booklet print, which means they flip like an actual book. After you've printed them the numbers on the agenda inserts especially look as if they're not in order but that's perfect and how it has to be so don't worry!
Keep the file open on your computer to reference the page numbers when you are cutting if you get confused. Keep all odd numbers facing down and stack each sheet as you cut along the cut lines. Once you've cut all sheets, hole punch them and voilà your agenda is ready to be used!

If you have any questions, or you need help/assistance with printing, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll be happy to help you!
